About The AAP Manufacturing Process

What sets Atlantic American Precast (AAP) apart from our competitors is our manufacturing process.

Only the Finest Raw Materials

At AAP, quality begins with exceptional raw materials. As we are located immediately adjacent to parent company, H&K Group, Inc.’s Douglassville Quarry, we have direct access to the exceptionally durable construction aggregate that is produced, quite literally, next door to our facility. This construction aggregate, combined with sourced sand, cement and admixtures begins the precasting process at AAP.

At AAP, our manufacturing process is quality-driven and follows detailed sequencing, depending upon product being produced during a specific batch plant pour.
