In mid-2020, H&K Group, Inc. (H&K) formed Atlantic American Precast (AAP) to produce specialized precast concrete earth retention structures for the heavy civil infrastructure sector. This venture embodies our strong, 20-year working relationship with Atlanta, GA based, Earth Wall Products, who is an industry leader in development of both mechanically and gravity stabilized earth walls for Departments of Transportation, Industrial, Commercial and Residential applications.
From our brand new, 18,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Douglassville, PA (within H&K’s Trap Rock Business Center complex) AAP produces both Gravix and Forix precast concrete gravity wall systems, which are licensed exclusively through Earth Wall Products. Our AAP facility is situated on a 10-acre parcel and features a dedicated on-site batch plant with planned staging and storage yard areas.
At AAP, we are also a manufacturer of specialized heavy civil infrastructure precast products including: Lagging Panels, Ground Mounted Sound Wall Post and Panels, and F-Shaped Single Face Barrier.
AAP is a proud member of both the Pennsylvania Precast Association (PPA) and the National Precast Concrete Association (NPCA), and we are an approved producer for various State Departments of Transportation (please refer to our banner note below).

Strategically located in Douglassville, PA with direct access to SR 422, AAP lies within close proximity to the Philadelphia Metropolitan Area and has direct access to the Mid-Atlantic infrastructure market between DC, Baltimore, Philadelphia and New York.
Our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility boasts 18,000 square feet of self-contained, fully-enclosed precast manufacturing. We are also proud to note that our AAP facility contains a Voeller ready-mix concrete batch plant that is also part of our manufacturing facility; thus allowing for direct access to our vital raw materials and enabling key control of our mix designs for high quality control outcome on our finished AAP products.
Our Douglassville, PA facility has an ample and well-organized yard area to allow for proper curing, safe storage and efficient shipping/transportation to vital infrastructure and land development projects throughout the region.
